This course is the continuation of the L101: Operation with BySoft Cell Control Cutting

This 2.5-day course covers more advanced cutting techniques as well as advanced machine functions.

Requirements for participation:
- Pre-Requisite course: L101: Operation with ByVision Cutting completed prior
−At least 3 months experience on your laser AFTER completing L101: Operation with ByVision Cutting

In this course, the participant will gain knowledge of your press brake and its hazards. The participant will be capable of programming bending parts and determining their bend sequence. Upon the course completion, the participants of this course will know how to start and stop the machine and will be able to define and execute bending programs without assistance.

Formerly known as L101: Operation with ByVision Cutting Safety regulation and precautions associated with Fiber lasers. Operate the machine via interfaces with ByVision Cutting, Handling Operation, and Lasernet. Select and run cutting plans and process with O2 or N2, and optimize parameters to suit the material being cut. This course covers A101: Laser Automation (ByTrans Cross, ByTrans Extended, ByTrans Modular) if customers own applicable automation.

Carries out the implementation of a sorting system: programming on the BySort machine safely, professionally, and independently.

Course Requirements:
Completion of L101: Laser Operations
Completion of S101: BySoft CAM Cutting
