The ByTube Star 330 is a large 3D tube laser cutting system. It ensures an efficient and flexible cutting process as well as automatic sorting of the entire range of tubes up to 40 ft in length and over 11.81 inch in diameter.

Flexibility in tube processing
The ByTube Star 330 processes tubes and open profiles across the whole range from 0.06 to 1 ft fully automatically without set-up times. Following a small manual adjustment, it is even possible to handle tube diameters of up to 1.063 ft.
Modularity to meet specific requirements
Our modular machine concept enables three different loading sizes and three unloading sizes, meaning that you get a total of six different charging combinations that can be flexibly adjusted.
Maximum speed for thick-walled materials
Our tube laser cutting system achieves the highest processing speeds for tubes with a diameter of over 0.82 ft and a weight of up to 88.18 lb/ft.
Thanks to the powerful 6 or 10 kW laser source, there are no problems cutting thick-walled tubes, even at an angle.
Automation for efficient processes
The ByTube Star 330 works fully automatically and integrates various processes without manual intervention, such as
