What you will be doing

  • Supporting the daily activities of the Transformation Team

Your education & experience

  • Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, Business IT, Data Analytics or related fields/during studies

  • Very good command of English and Polish (B2/C1)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel - pivot tables, formulas, data analysis and PowerPoint)

  • Practical knowledge of and proficiency in using AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Bielik or similar solutions) to analyse data, prepare process documentation and reports, and streamline day-to-day work

  • The ability to formulate queries effectively (prompt engineering) and critically evaluate the results generated by AI

  • Availability to work 30h per week

What sets you apart (Nice to have)

  • A basic understanding of one or more of the following processes: OtC, PtP and RtR

  • Basic knowledge of SAP

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query or other process automation tools
