Bystronic Switzerland is proud to be able to take on around 75 % of all apprenticeship graduates into a bridge program each year. This is a 1-year temporary employment opportunity providing a bridge to the next stage of our young talents’ careers. This bridge program supports high-performing apprenticeship graduates to enter the professional world.

Committed apprentices who have successfully completed their apprenticeship, participants in the bridge program (career entry at Bystronic in Switzerland after the apprenticeship), and other young employees at the headquarters up to the age of 25 can apply for an abroad assignment.
