Why did you choose Bystronic as your number one choice employer? 

Bystronic was my first choice when I started my apprenticeship here. I still love to work for Bystronic because of the people and my personal growth.  

Tell us about some of your career highlights? 

Right after my apprenticeship I had the opportunity to go to China and work there for nine months at Bystronic and it was my biggest career highlight. 

At which point did you feel enabled by Bystronic? 

Bystronic enabled my further education in business IT. And, now I can apply all the things I learned in my job. 

 When did you feel you were making and impact beyond your role? 

The impact I make beyond my role is helping my colleagues and our customers to be more efficient.
