We are looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to ensure the availability, accuracy, and timely delivery of spare parts that keep our customers’ operations running smoothly.
What drives this department
Our After-Sales team ensures customers receive the right parts at the right time. By managing stock, processing orders, and optimising spare parts logistics, we create a seamless service experience and support long-term customer relationships.
What you will be doing
- Processing spare parts orders accurately and promptly (quotes, order confirmations, purchase orders, invoicing) in SAP and CRM.
- Managing returns of unused or damaged parts in line with corporate policy.
- Communicating with manufacturing entities and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Maintaining organised, up-to-date records of spare parts orders and costs.
- Managing stock levels and forecasting, ensuring accurate warehouse data with zero variances.
- Sourcing from third parties when required and negotiating with suppliers.
- Ensuring timely supplier payments aligned with local financial targets.
- Coordinating after-sales service activities and supporting sales campaigns to generate additional revenue.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements within ERP systems and contributing to implementation.
- Supporting customer satisfaction metrics such as On-Time-In-Full delivery, order-to-delivery time, and accurate offer documentation.
Your education & experience
- Experience in spare parts coordination, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, CRM, and ideally CPQ.
- Knowledge of technical parts, machinery, or service operations.

- Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage stock efficiently and balance cost with availability.
- Good negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
