What you will be doing
- Maintain customer service contracts: Serve as the go to person for all maintenance contracts from creation, renewal, and cancellation.
- Maintain Contract Information: Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for service solutions initiatives Support Growth Initiatives through collaboration with other departments
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations Team: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and align company services with customer needs.
- Develop Account Plans: Create and execute strategic account plans that drive both customer success and business growth.
- Report on Account Progress: Regularly monitor, track, and report on the status of contracts, including sales results, activity reports, and customer KPIs to sales leadership.
Your education & experience
- High School Diploma required and minimum of some College preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably with Customer Service background
- Excellent organizational and intra-personal skills
- MS Word, Excel experience required
- CRM or SAP experience a plus
