What you will be doing

• Manage quotations, order confirmations, and factory orders.
• Calculate transport costs and support commercial offer development. 
• Support pipeline management with sales teams and dealers. 
• Act as point of contact for order updates and delivery schedules. 
• Ensure tax compliance, maintain pricing structures, and review dealer invoices. 
• Issue invoices, follow up on payments, and calculate commissions. 
• Support reporting, including revenue recognition and Flash reports. 
• Assist with events, travel arrangements, and visa requirements.

Your education & experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Commercial, Economics or related field). 
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Service Operations. 
• Fluency in English. 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions. 
• Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP and Salesforce are a plus. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills. 
• Proactive, open to change, and willing to challenge the status quo. 
• Resilient and accurate in execution.
