Sales Dealer Manager Southern & Eastern Europe and Middle East & Africa

What you will be doing
Due to the expansion of our dealer network program, we are looking for a Dealer Sales Manager to cover a defined territory, which may include dealers within Southern & Eastern Europe and Middle East & Africa. The role requires extensive travel (80%+) across assigned markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive dealer sales performance and pipeline quality, winning profitable system orders through value-led selling
- Own the customer journey from first contact to install readiness, ensuring a strong handover to service
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with dealers and end users
- Lead the dealer sales rhythm in your territory, including weekly pipeline reviews and coaching on value and lifecycle outcomes
- Drive prospecting and new logo activity with dealers through account visits, events, and marketing support
- Support live sales cycles, including discovery, factory walks, cost-per-part positioning, simple TCO comparisons, and demos
- Manage the order journey with the dealer back office, including order confirmation, documentation quality, down payment timing, and install readiness checklists
- Ensure Salesforce hygiene and CPQ discipline, opening opportunities promptly and aligning quotes to guardrails
- Build senior relationships with strategic end users through regular visits and call plans with dealers
- Run the quarterly Dealer Business Review cadence, ensuring quality and follow-up
- Coordinate with service and second-level support for key accounts, ensuring accurate case notes and correct escalation paths
- Promote licensing and Customer Portal adoption, including basic training and correct request processes
- Leverage pre-owned offers to unlock new system sales when appropriate
Your education & experience
- Experience in capital equipment sales within manufacturing or industrial automation
- Proven experience in channel and dealer management across multiple countries
- Demonstrable track record of value-based selling and enterprise pursuit discipline
- Experience delivering installations on time with satisfied customers
- Comfortable working remotely, self-directed, and willing to travel extensively
What you need to succeed
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus if covering the Middle East
- Strong written English for customer communication and internal notes
- Confident using Salesforce, CPQ, and Microsoft Office tools
- Clear commercial judgement that protects value and margin
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and qualify or walk away when value cannot be shown
- Strong collaborator with service and operations teams
- Credibility with senior customer stakeholders both on the shop floor and in the boardroom
