In a nutshell
To lead and orchestrate strategic, cross-functional initiatives across the organization, focusing on end-to-end process optimization, digital enablement, and operational excellence. This role acts as a change agent, aligning stakeholders, systems, and processes to deliver scalable and sustainable improvements, while also supporting key operational tasks in SFDC and CPQ systems.

What you will be doing
Operational user support & continuous improvement process
- Creating and moderating of ticketing process (e.g., error reports, access requests)
- Creating and leading our application requirement management
- Executing of daily system checks in both test and production environments, including creation of test offers
- Implementing methodologies and policies to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- Facilitating process mapping and documentation standardizing best practices
- Collaborating with IT and external consultants to implement new functionalities (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, CPQ)
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Service teams, ensuring seamless workflows and usability in SFDC
User Enablement & Communication
- Participating in regular alignment meetings with regional back offices
- Collaborating with users identifying needs early and providing targeted support
- Training of users, including follow-up communication and documentation
- Maintaining of user manuals
- Creating and maintaining of reports/dashboards across applications
Your education & experience
- 3+ years of experience in business, process improvement, or program management
- Experience with business intelligence tools, data visualization techniques, marketing analytics
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Dynamics or Salesforce or CPQ) and MS Office proficiency
- Experience in working with SAP
- Academic background in business administration, data analysis, or finance (Skills in Pricing and Finance is a big bonus)
- Very good command of Polish and English (B2/C1)
Nice to have
- German speaker
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Scrum master or similar methodologies is a plus
What you need to succeed
- Strong (data-) analytical skills
- Experience in manufacturing, B2B sales, or product configuration environments.
- Familiarity with CPQ tools and pricing strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial to effectively translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments
- Flexible hours are required, US time zone will be required (working hours 10-18 CEST time zone)
