In a nutshell
As Quality System Manager, spearhead a culture of quality and continuous improvement across our plants in San Giuliano Milanese and Cazaggo San Martino. Lead the execution and implementation of ISO 9001 and Bystronic Group standards, conducting internal audits and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Join us in driving excellence and building effective relationships within our dynamic quality-focused team.

What you will be doing
- Drive quality culture and continuous improvement within the plants
- Promotes the integration of processes between plants
- Take the lead, execute, and implement quality management system in conformance to ISO 9001 and other standards of Bystronic Group
- Perform internal quality system audit
- Perform internal process audit
- Maintains relations with the certification body
- Perform relations with the Headquarters regarding the quality management system
- Manage corrective action of quality system deviation found out during audits
- Ensure cross-functional management with plant and global processes
- Built effective relationships with plant quality system managers
Your education & experience
- Demonstrate at least five years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies, with a preference for automotive and/or machinery industry experience
- Completion of a specific course leading to ISO 9001 certification
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and/or possession of ISO 19011 Auditor Qualification Part 2 ars highly desirable
- Preferred proficiency in quality management tools like FMEA, SPC, and problem-solving techniques
- Competence in using MS Office Suite applications
- Familiarity with SAP Advantageous
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and fluent Italian
- High school diploma or degree with a technical or management focus
- Valid driving license required
