Project Technician II Remote

What you will be doing
• Implement and support Smart Factory software solutions, including ERP, MES, and analytics platforms
• Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Premium)
• Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and system setup
• Support integration between ERP systems and shop floor / production environments
• Troubleshoot system, workflow, and data-related issues across software platforms
• Guide customers in aligning business processes with system capabilities
• Diagnose and document software issues, escalating complex cases as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams (Software, Service, Applications, Projects) to resolve customer challenges
• Support customer training sessions (on-site and remote)
• Assist with system updates, upgrades, and ongoing improvements
Your education & experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
What you need to succeed
• Technical aptitude with experience in software implementation or support
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot business and production workflows
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Premium)
• Experience in manufacturing environments or industrial software solutions
• Exposure to ERP implementation, configuration, or support roles
• Familiarity with production processes, inventory, or shop floor operations
• Basic understanding of system integrations, databases, or data flows
