As a Process Quality Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our production processes. To conduct thorough analyses ensuring our products meet and exceed pre-established quality standards. You'll be the architect of efficiency, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in every assembly process. What you will be doing
- Creates and structures verification processes with related documentation
- Verify that the verification processes are implemented (audit) and effective (KPI)
- Carry out analyzes on production processes and products, to verify compliance with established quality standards
- Coordinates corrective actions on production processes following the deviations found
- Analyzes possible problems to develop resolution strategies (preventive actions)
- Responsible for integrating information returning from the field with process monitoring actions
Your education & experience
- At least three years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies, with a preference for automotive industry experience
- Proficient knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard
- Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA and problem-solving techniques
- Competence in interpreting 2D & 3D technical drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
- SAP knowledge Advantageous
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and fluent Italian
- High school diploma or degree with a technical or management focus
- Valid driving license required
