In a nutshell

At our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for an Application Owner, who will take ownership of our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence. In this role, you will be responsible for decision-making, conceptualizing and designing architectures, developing roadmaps, and continuously improving our digital operations landscape.

What you will be doing

• Assume functional ownership of Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Maintain and enhance existing Atlassian solutions, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and execute projects in the Digital Operations environment, covering planning, conceptualization, implementation and documentation.
• Define and implement Digital Operations strategies, leveraging the latest technologies
• Advise internal clients on implementation strategies and process optimization.
• Manage stakeholders effectively across different departments.
• Collaborate with business units to develop tailored solutions.
• Manage costs in line with budget planning and financial guidelines.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.

Your education & experience

• Proven experience working with Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Several years of experience in Applications management and in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and internal consulting.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in IT environments.
• Ability to develop and implement digital strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in training users and creating documentation.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
