In a nutshell
At our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data and Software Operations who will be main point of contact for subsidiaries with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
What you will be doing
Licensing & Order Management:
- Manage and process global software orders and customer contracts
- Issue customer licenses and resolve licensing cases
- Ensure accuracy of order, invoice, and license data
- Understand and master the software business model, Bystronic pricing policies, and transfer pricelist
- Ensure that the information corresponding SAP system(s) for transfer and list prices globally – based on PM input approved pricing committee
- Maintain and improve the content regarding licensing and maintenance contracts in Service DMS
SAP & Data Governance:
- Maintain and enhance SAP pricing, product data, and global software master data
- Monitor and improve data quality across SAP and CRM platforms
- Support system enhancements and global process improvement initiatives
Process Ownership & Optimization:
- Own and optimize global sales and licensing processes
- Document workflows and ensure adherence to standards
- Identify inefficiencies and drive automation opportunities
Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly sales, licensing, and consumption reports
- Support stakeholders with insights based on data analysis
Your education & experience
- Master/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP environment and in touch with Software management
- Hands on experience with SAP, CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Very good command of Polish and English (min. B2/C1)
- Project and process management skills is very welcome
