In a nutshell
We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth handling of service-related inquiries and support activities.

Our Service team is committed to delivering fast, efficient, and customer-focused solutions, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly and our customers feel supported at every step.
What you will be doing
- Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer service incidents
- Accepting and managing incoming incidents
- Communicating with customers, handling cases, and managing potential escalations
- Maintaining and updating customer master data related to service
- Describing technical issues clearly for resolution by hotliners or technicians
- Dispatching and scheduling Field Service Technicians
- Managing contract requests and liaising with the Back Office Administrator
- Monitoring incident management processes to ensure timely resolution
Your education & experience
- Previous experience in customer support
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is a merit
What you need to succeed
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a diplomatic approach
- Ability to explain situations clearly and effectively
- Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with multitasking
- Driver’s licence and willingness to travel 5–10 days per year
What else you can bring to the table
- Knowledge of Russian (advantage for Baltic business interactions)
