Customer Service Representative Les Ulis

What you will be doing
Customer Support:
- Act as a 1st level support for customers contacting the Hotline.
- Build effective relationships with customers and displays a supportive attitude at all times.
- Deliver customer service, tracks incidents and notifies customers of relevant deviations from the plan.
- Contact customers to manage cases and possible escalations or informing them of progress.
Incident Management:
- Manage all activities in CRM system, providing accurate and detailed information to ensure effective case handling.
- Dispatch and coordinates local personnel to support case activities, as required.
Spare Parts:
- Act as a first touchpoint for spare parts regarding logistics and timing with the spare parts department.
- Help ensure parts are ordered and distributed at the earliest opportunity.
- Follow up on spare parts delivery times to ensure technicians can be scheduled effectively and forwards order requests to the spare parts administrator.
- Confirm delivery times for parts being delivered with customers.
- Understand spare part deliveries and time dispatched from warehouse.
Planning & Scheduling:
- Plan and schedule field service technicians within their region based on case requirements and customer needs.
- Coordinate three types of interventions: preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and installations.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet service commitments and minimize response times.
- Communicate schedules and updates to technicians and customers to ensure transparency and efficient case handling.
Your education & experience
- 3–5 years of experience in customer support, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Technical school or an engineering degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in managing spare parts processes.
What you need to succeed
- Very good command of English.
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce, or other relevant CRM systems.
- Availability to work from the office in Les Ulis.
- Ability to balance customer needs with organizational priorities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
