岗位概述：
The job holder should be a talented and motivated Mechanical Development Engineer with a result driven attitude who has the ability to support the innovative R&D team in designing high-tech machines manufactured for international markets.

你将要做什么：
1. Development of new Laser cutting machines/Bending machines as well as modules with new functionality
开发全新的激光切割机/折弯机和新的功能部件
2. Research and analysis new technology about machines.
研究和分析关于产品的新技术
3. Modification and improvement of the existing products
对现有产品的持续改进
4. Prototype testing
原型机测试
5. Participate in problem solving task forces 
参与问题的解决
6. Provide technical support to other departments.
对其他部门提供技术支持
7. Contract BOM and document releasing.
订单明细和文档发布。
8. Standard machine BOM editing and updating.
标准机床明细的编辑与更新 
9. Technical standard and BOM editing and publishing
技术标准和明细的编辑与发布
10. Support project planning
支持项目
11. Prepare and submit project reports
准备和提交项目报告
12. Perform additional duties as assigned and requested

你的学历背景和工作经验：
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering at least; graduated from 985/211 university would be preferred
本科及以上学历，机械专业，985/211重点大学毕业者优先
2. Minimum 3 years of related experience in mechanical design
至少3年机械设计相关工作经验

你的成功需要什么：
1. Familiar with 3D CAD software such as Solidworks or CoCreate
熟练使用3D绘图软件，例如Solidworks 或 CoCreate
2. Knowledge of design toolboxes such as DFMEA, 6 Sigma, DOE etc. a plus
熟悉设计工具，例如DFMEA, 6 Sigma, DOE等。
3. CET-4，good oral and written communication in English
CET-4，良好的英语口语和文字表达能力
4. Flexible and a team player
善于团队工作
5. Systematic problem solving approach
系统地分析和解决问题
6. Market and customer driven attitude
市场和客户导向的工作态度
7. Open minded and innovative
