Main duties
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of customer service skills
- Perform field service for all Bystronic equipment and products
- Troubleshoot and repair with minimum assistance
- Complete machine relocation independently
- Conduct installations start-ups and commissioning of equipment
- Provide 1st level technical field support
- Instruct customer on metal applications, machine procedures and operation and safety
- Demonstrate Technical Specialist ability on one or more products
- Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements
- Mechanical/Electrical educational background
- Minimum of 2-3 years maintenance, installation and/or service experience
- Work overtime and weekends if necessary
- 90% travel
- Speak both official languages clearly (Italian and English)
- Need to be able to make effective decisions, as well as creatively build effective programs to increase sales and build customer satisfaction based on business needs
- Adapt at balancing priorities based on repair workload
- Demonstrated ability to perform well as a self-starter and work well in a team environment
