岗位概述：
The job holder should be a talented and motivated Electrical Development Engineer with a result driven attitude, who has the ability to support the innovative R&D team in designing high-tech machines manufactured for international markets.

你将要做什么：
1. Development of new machines (Laser/Bending) as well as modules with new functionality
开发全新的产品（激光机/折弯机）和新的功能部件
2. Research and analysis new technology about Laser/Bending machine.
研究和分析关于产品（激光/折弯）的新技术
3. Improvement,optimization,specification existing products
现有产品的改进、优化
4. Support production and other departments in solving product related, ad-hoc problems
支持生产及其他部门解决产品相关的技术问题
5. Responsible for the company's products Lean and preparation of SOP
负责公司产品精益生产和SOP的编制
6. Participate in problem solving task forces
参与问题的解决
7. Technical standard and BOM editing and publishing
技术标准和明细的编辑与发布
8. Prototype testing
原型机测试
9. Support project planning
项目计划的支持
10. Prepare and submit project reports

11. Technical training of new products for production staffs and Service engineers of ByTJ

12. Perform additional duties as assigned and requested

你的学历背景和工作经验：
1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and above; graduated from 985/211 university would be preferred
本科及以上学历，电气相关专业，985/211重点大学毕业者优先
2. Minimum 3 years of related experience in electrical design
至少3年电气设计相关工作经验
你的成功需要什么：
1. Familiar with E-CAD software such as AutoCAD or Zuken E3
熟练使用电气CAD绘图软件，例如AutoCAD 或 Zuken E3
2. Understanding the CNC machine's electrical control principle
理解CNC数控机床的电气控制原理
3. Familiar with the application of automation components such as PLC, inverter, AC servo systems
熟悉PLC,变频器,交流伺服等自动化元件的应用
4. Understand the working principle and applications of hydraulic and pneumatic components
了解液压及气动元件的原理及应用
5. CET-4, good oral and written communication in English
CET-4，良好的英语口语和文字表达能力
6. Ability to a strong practical and theoretical analysis
具有较强的动手和理论分析能力
7. Flexible and a team player, have a good cooperation ability
善于团队工作,具有很好的团队合作能力
8. Systematic problem solving approach
