Tell us about some of your career highlights.
In 2018, I collaborated with the operation team to create and execute a streamlined flow line for cabinet assembly. Additionally, in 2021, I spearheaded the implementation of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) technology in the workshop for internal logistics alongside the project team. As the leader of the ByCut Smart 12025 product development project, I worked closely with the entire team to successfully launch the product in the global market.
At which point did you feel enabled by Bystronic?
Despite having little or no prior experience, I have been fortunate enough to receive numerous opportunities to take on new and challenging tasks. These highlights I have mentioned represent the first cases where I embarked on duties vastly different from anything I had previously undertaken.
When did you feel you were making an impact beyond your role?
We can act as trainers where we get the opportunity to share our viewpoints and persuade others during staff training sessions. This is not dependent on our job titles, but rather, the concepts we bring to the table.

The management displays immense support towards the staff and provides ample assistance in alleviating work-related tasks.

These training programs provide us with ample opportunities to hone our skills and accomplish tasks. Additionally, we undertake numerous continuous improvement projects every year, and the staff can participate as project leaders or key members to demonstrate their talents and achieve their goals.
