• You lead and develop our global Order Administration team, ensuring efficient and customer-focused order processing together with your team.
• You are responsible for the entire Order-to-Cash process, ensuring that customer orders are processed on time, to a high standard of quality, and in compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines.
• Acting as a key interface, you work closely with Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics to ensure seamless order processing across all functions.
• You analyze challenges in day-to-day operations, develop sustainable solutions, and drive the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and systems.
• You support the business with meaningful KPIs, relevant analyses, and high data quality, making an important contribution to the company’s success.

• You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable commercial qualification.
• You have 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable operational environment, ideally within an international industrial company.
• You have solid knowledge of order processing, the Order-to-Cash process, and ERP systems, and you have already gained initial leadership experience.

• You have a strong customer and service orientation and a high commitment to quality.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• You know how to motivate and develop employees in an international team and successfully guide them through change.
• With your open and approachable personality and strong customer focus, you build trusting relationships with both employees and customers.
