Registration unemployment
Here you find the eService-Link «arbeit.swiss» for the registration with the «Regionales Arbeitsvermittlungszentrum (RAV)».
You can find your local RAV via the cantonal website:
It is recommended not to wait too long for the registration.
Jobcenter
On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, an information event was held with advisors from the RAV and the unemployment insurance fund.

Gemini Pensionskasse

Conzzeta Pension Foundation
For long-serving employees (10 years of service or more) and aged 58 or over, it is advisable to check whether they may be entitled to bridging benefits from the Conzzeta Pension Foundation. Mr. Marc Sutter from Conzzeta is available for this purpose by telephone or e-mail.

Application procedure
Workshops for career reorientation
All employees affected by mass redundancies can benefit from workshops with our partner Avenir. In two half-day sessions, employees are supported in their professional reorientation. This includes an assessment of their current position, job application training and the development of career prospects. The workshops take place in November and December. Places per workshop are limited, so early registration is recommended.

Paid absence for job application activities
In accordance with Art. 329 para. 3 CO, we grant you the time required for application activities (application training, job interviews) as paid absence. Please inform your line manager in good time. The guideline is half a day per week, which can also be taken in 2x2 hours.
