The ByTube Star 330 is a large 3D tube laser cutting system. It ensures an efficient and flexible cutting process as well as automatic sorting of the entire range of tubes up to 12.2 m in length and over 320 mm in diameter.

Flexibility in tube processing
The ByTube Star 330 processes tubes and open profiles across the whole range from 19 to 305 mm fully automatically without set-up times. Following a small manual adjustment, it is even possible to handle tube diameters of up to 324 mm.
Modularity to meet specific requirements
Our modular machine concept enables three different loading sizes and three unloading sizes, meaning that you get a total of six different charging combinations that can be flexibly adjusted.
Maximum speed for thick-walled materials
Our tube laser cutting system achieves the highest processing speeds for tubes with a diameter of over 250 mm and a weight of up to 40 kg/m.
Thanks to the powerful 6 or 10 kW laser source, there are no problems cutting thick-walled tubes, even at an angle.

The ByTube Star 330 works fully automatically and integrates various processes without manual intervention, such as
