In a nutshell
At our Center of Excellence in Krakow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated OtC Intern with English and German to reinforce our OtC Team.

Within the Business Support functions, we are dedicated to providing internal customer service and are passionate about leveraging our knowledge to foster successful collaboration and benefit the organization.
What you will be doing
- Supporting daily activities in OtC Department such as:
- Creating sales orders and sending order confirmations to customer
- Reviewing and completing orders in SAP
- Preparing invoices, shipping documents
- Creating and transmitting invoices electronically
- Monitoring outstanding debt and following up with customers if necessary
Your education & experience
- Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics field or during studies
- Very good command of Polish, English and German (min. B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
- Availability to work ~30h per week
