Bystronic, together with many guests, celebrated the official integration of TTM Laser into the Bystronic Group. The event also opened the new Experience Center and offered a world premiere of the new laser cutting system ByTube 130.
With Bystronic’s help, MKW is getting started in laser cutting. The Austrian family-owned enterprise invested in highly modern machinery for sheet metal processing. For laser cutting, they chose a ByStar Fiber with the automation solution ByTrans Cross.
Higher speed and an expanded cutting spectrum. The ByStar Fiber from Bystronic is being enhanced with a 12 kilowatt laser and the new "BeamShaper" function. In addition, a newly designed cutting head ensures consistent cutting quality up to a sheet thickness of 30 millimeters.
With the “TiltPrevention” assistant function, Bystronic is increasing process reliability in the field of laser cutting. The intelligent function enables users to create cutting sequences that minimize the risk of creating protruding parts in the sheet. This reduces the disruption of cutting processes and downtime caused by cutting head collisions.
